ABOUT Club Camera Tucson
Mission:
The purpose of Club Camera Tucson is to create and maintain an active photographic community which supports members in their growth and development as photographers and provides varied opportunities for gaining new knowledge, skills, development, technical improvement, expansion of perspective, sharing of photographic art and enjoyment of the craft. camera

Membership: Interested persons are welcome to attend monthly meetings and to join the organization.

To become a member of Club Camera Tucson, complete and submit an application form. Effective September 9, 2008, annual membership fees are $35 per individual and $45 per family. Pick up an application form at a meeting from the Membership board member.

Activities: To meet its mission, club activities include:
- Monthly intermediate- and advanced-level competitions that are judged by local experts. Click here for more complete competition information.
- Monthly educational events that include speakers, workshops and member presentation.
- Field trips to local and other environments that provide opportunities to get out, practice skills, and socialize.
- Finally, a mid-year picnic and an end-of-year banquet round out Club Camera Tucson activities.
Meeting Information:

Club members meet twice monthly on second and fourth Tuesday evenings at:

       Jewish Community Center
       3800 East River Road
       located at the corner Dodge and River Roads in Tucson, Arizona

Meetings begin at 7:00 PM; members tend to gather between 6:30 - 7:00 PM to socialize and to submit competition entries.

Between 5:00 - 6:15 PM, meet club members at Beyond Bread restaurant (3026 North Campbell Avenue) for a light supper and socializing.

(Exception: no meeting on the fourth Tuesdays of July and August.)
