The following guidelines apply to both competitions and critiques.
1.
Members may submit up to five entries per competition event, but no more than three projected
images.
Members may submit up to two entries per critique.
2. Members must be present for entries to be shown and judged/discussed.
3. Members’ entries should be their current work; that is; images must have been taken within 18 months of the date of competition.

On the evening of the event, the member will
pay the entry fee of $1 for each digital or print image entered in a competition. There is no entry fee for critiques.

For competitions, all categories must have a
minimum of 2 (two) members entered and a minimum of 5 (five) entries.
6. Digital images and JPEGs of print entries must be submitted to Score 27 by midnight of the day preceding the competition\critique.
7. Projected images have a maximum dimension either horizontally or vertically of 1024 pixels; they should be saved at the best quality available (JPEG quality 12 for images processed with Adobe products). Images exceeding the maximum dimension are automatically disqualified without penalty. Such images may be adjusted to the maximum dimension and resubmitted for a later competition or prior to the submission deadline for the current competition.

Image
file titles must follow a consistent convention using member first initial run
in with the member’s name, CCT, and a short text image title, using an
underscore between items.

JDoe_CCT_Geese in Flight
9. Prints must be submitted with the entry fee to the Competition committee by 6:45 PM before the competition.
10. Prints must list on the back upper left-hand corner in this order:
a. The title
b. The name of the member entrant
11. Print and mount size requirements:
a. Minimum print size: 75 square inches
b. Maximum print size: 16” x 20” including mount and mat
c. All prints must be mounted and can be matted. Prints may not be framed.
